Softball Recap: White County Central Bears vs. Maumelle Charter Falcons

White County Central proved they can win big on Friday (they won by 15) and on Monday they proved they can win the close ones too. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 9-7 win over the Maumelle Charter Falcons. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Bears have posted since March 7, 2025.

Hannah Blagg made a big impact no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out ten batters over 6.2 innings while giving up just one earned (and six unearned) runs off six hits. That's the most strikeouts she has posted since back in March. She was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-3 with two runs and one double.
