Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Kennedy Memorial). Everything went their way against the Piscataway Chiefs on Wednesday as they made off with a 26-8 victory. While the Mustangs didn't have the best season last year (they finished 7-17), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

The win made it two in a row for Kennedy Memorial and bumps their season record up to 5-2. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 18.5 runs over those games. As for Piscataway, they dropped their record down to 0-6 with the defeat, which was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Kennedy Memorial will square off against J.P. Stevens at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Piscataway, they will challenge Varsity Opponent at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
