With a playoff win on the line, Randle rose to the challenge on Thursday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Carnegie Vanguard Rhinos, sneaking past 6-4. The victory was familiar territory for the Lions, who have now won four matchups in a row.

The team relied heavily on Cristian Elizondo, who went 1-for-3 with two RBI and one double. That's the most RBI he has posted since back in February.

Randle's record is now 17-12-3. As for Carnegie Vanguard, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-7.

Randle will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Rhinos: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
