Softball Recap: Winn Victorious

After losing to Natalia the last time they met, Winn decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Mavericks had just enough and edged out the Mustangs 2-1 on Saturday.

Winn's victory bumped their record up to 4-5-1. As for Natalia, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-5 record this season.

Winn wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 10-0 defeat against Pleasanton on the 21st. As for Natalia, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 12-1 loss against Somerset on the 24th.
