Football Recap: Spanish Fort Toros vs. Baldwin County Tigers
Spanish Fort won the last time they faced Baldwin County, and Aaden Shamburger did his part to make sure it happened again. The Toros simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat the Tigers 42-7 with plenty of help from Shamburger, who rushed for 123 yards and two TDs on only five carries, and also threw for 125 yards and a pair of touchdowns. He got the majority of those rushing yards when he took off on a run that went for an incredible 69 yards.
Justin 'JuJu' Bonner was another key player, rushing for 128 yards on only ten carries. Bonner is crushing it when it comes to rushing yards: he's rushed for at least 111 every time he's taken the field this season.
On the defensive side of the ball, a lot of the credit has to go to Spanish Fort's defense and their four sacks. Brandon Marinho was particularly dangerous to the passing game, picking up two himself.
