Hesperia Christian came tearing into Thursday's matchup with seven straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. Everything went their way against the Big Bear Bears as they made off with a 3-0 win. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Patriots also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2024.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Hesperia Christian was: they took every set by at least 12 points. The final score came out to 25-11, 25-7, 25-13.

Nylah Easterling paced Hesperia Christian's offense, picking up seven kills. Easterling got some help from Jayda Johnson and her 17 assists. Johnson was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Hesperia Christian's victory bumped their record up to 10-5. As for Big Bear, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-5.
