Stevenson is 0-4 against Glenbard West since October of 2022 but things could change on Friday. The Patriots will look to defend their home court against the Hilltoppers at 6:00 p.m. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Stevenson took a loss when they played away from home on Saturday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Wednesday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over Lake Zurich. The Patriots haven't had any issues with the Bears recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

While Stevenson won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-23.

Meanwhile, Glenbard West had just enough and edged out Lyons 2-1 on Tuesday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Hilltoppers have posted against the Lions since October 17, 2017.
