Volleyball Recap: Regis Jesuit Takes Loss Despite Strong Efforts from Callen Wolf and Clayton Kollmeyer

Regis Jesuit was the 3-2 winner over Legend when they last played one another back in April of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Raiders took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Titans on Thursday. The Raiders have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

While Regis Jesuit ultimately came up short, they really made Legend work, particularly in the second set. The final score came out to 25-23, 26-24, 21-25, 25-19.

Regis Jesuit's loss came despite strong showings from Clayton Kollmeyer and Callen Wolf. Kollmeyer had 13 digs and one assist, while Wolf had nine kills, nine digs, and two blocks. Wolf has been hot, having posted six or more kills the last six times he's played.

Regis Jesuit now has a losing record of 4-5. As for Legend, they now have a winning record of 4-3.

Regis Jesuit didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-2 win against Ponderosa on the 28th. As for Legend, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Westminster on the 29th.
