Baseball Recap: Fraser Find Success

The Fraser Ramblers had just enough and edged out the Bishop Foley Ventures 4-3 on Tuesday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Ramblers.

Fraser's victory was truly a team effort as five different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Connor Sikorski, who went 1-for-3 with one run, one double, and one RBI.

Fraser's win bumped their record up to 17-13. As for Bishop Foley, they have been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last eight games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-11 record this season.

Fraser will challenge Utica at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Chieftains will roll in looking for their sixth straight victory, something the Ramblers surely won't give up without a fight. As for Bishop Foley, they will welcome New Haven at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Rockets' pitching crew has only allowed 4.1 runs per game this season, so the Ventures' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
