Baseball Recap: Hallsville Comes Up Short

Hallsville lost against Boonville back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Indians lost 16-1 to the Pirates. The Indians have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Hallsville's defeat dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Boonville, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 5-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Hallsville will welcome Northeast at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Boonville, they will be playing at home against Moberly at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Pirates 3.4, the Spartans 1.2) so any runs scored will be well earned.
