Volleyball Game Preview: Colfax Falcons vs. Wheatland Pirates + How To Watch

The Colfax Falcons will venture away from home to take on the Wheatland Pirates at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Colfax is coming into the matchup hot, having won their last five games.

On Thursday, Colfax made easy work of Mira Loma and carried off a 3-0 win.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Colfax took every set by at least 14 points. The final score came out to 25-8, 25-11, 25-6.

Meanwhile, Wheatland suffered their biggest loss since September 18th on Thursday. They came up short against Bear River, falling 3-0.

The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-13, 25-16.

Wheatland's defeat dropped their record down to 10-7. As for Colfax, their victory bumped their record up to 17-5.

Everything went Colfax's way against Wheatland in their previous matchup back in September, as Colfax made off with a 3-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Falcons since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
