            Volleyball Recap: Fort Vancouver Trappers vs. Kalama Chinooks        
        
		
        
        
            Fort Vancouver was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Thursday as the team picked up their 13th straight  defeat. They came up short against  the Kalama Chinooks, falling  3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Chinooks this season, as they also lost their prior matchup  3-0  back in September.
 Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-10,  25-7.
 Kalama's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was   Ady Davenport, who  had 13  digs and one  assist. Davenport has been hot, having  posted ten or more  digs the last seven times she's  played.
Fort Vancouver's loss dropped their record down to 2-13. As for Kalama, their victory was  their sixth straight at home, which  pushed their record up to 14-4.
 We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Fort Vancouver is set to  square off against  their familiar foe La Center  at 7:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Kalama will  challenge  rival Columbia  at 7:00  p.m.  on Tuesday.
