Volleyball Recap: Wayne County Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Wayne County lost against Vancleave back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The War Eagles lost 3-0 to the Bulldogs. The War Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

The match finished with set scores of 25-8, 25-13, 25-8.

Wayne County's loss dropped their record down to 4-7. As for Vancleave, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-4 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Wayne County is set to face off against their familiar foe Northeast Jones at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Vancleave will take on rival East Central at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
