Baseball Recap: Lansdowne Comes Up Short

Lansdowne was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 11-1 to the Catonsville Comets. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Vikings of the 9-2 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2024.

Lansdowne now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Catonsville, the win got them back to even at 4-4.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lansdowne will square off against Randallstown at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Rams will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something the Vikings surely won't give up without a fight. As for Catonsville, they will take on Franklin at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
