Bolingbrook came tearing into Monday's contest with four straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the Hinsdale Central Red Devils by a score of 2-0. That's more bragging rights for the Raiders, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Bolingbrook easily took the second set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The final score came out to 25-20, 25-14.

Trevor Wardlow paced Bolingbrook's offense, picking up 11 kills. Wardlow got some help from Daniel Kaduthodil and his 16 assists. Wardlow was also solid from the service line: he led the team with five aces.

Bolingbrook's win was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 22-5. As for Hinsdale Central, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-16.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Bolingbrook will head out to take on Oswego East at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Raiders are facing the Wolves at the right time seeing as the Wolves are stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Hinsdale Central, they will take on Glenbard West at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Hilltoppers will roll in looking for their ninth straight victory, something the Red Devils surely won't give up without a fight.
