They took their  match on the road  with ease, bagging a  77-46 victory over Covenant Christian. Winning may never get old, but Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory sure is getting used to it with their sixth in a row.
  Evan Haywood was  his usual excellent self,  shooting 4-for-11 from deep and  dropping  a double-double on 21 points and ten  rebounds. He is on a roll when it comes to points, as he's  now  scored 20 or more in the last four games he's  played. Another player making a difference was  Javawn Brooks, who  scored 14 points.
 Despite the  loss, Covenant Christian had strong showings from  Ty Gillespie, who  scored 14 points, and  Paxton Bacon, who  scored 13 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points  Gillespie has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of  Mell Grandberry, who  scored seven points.
 Covenant Christian's lineup was just a bit different  on Friday as  Gillespie got a bit more time on the court (15 vs. his season average of 8.5). Gillespie made the most of the opportunity,  scoring 14 points. A few more games like that and  he might be seeing even more time going forward.
