A Season-Best Performance from Austin Adair Leads American Falls over Bear Lake

Sadly, Austin Adair posting his best game of the season wasn't enough to lead American Falls over Bear Lake on Friday. Adair rushed for 119 yards and two touchdowns on only 13 carries. He really tore up the turf during one magnificent 74-yard run.

American Falls' loss dropped their record down to 4-3. Adair and American Falls will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Marsh Valley at 7:00 p.m. on October 25th.

Big Game from Rea As Filer Won 20-0

Tristan Rea posted a new career-high in rushing yards on Friday. He threw for 142 yards and two touchdowns, and also rushed for 87 yards on only seven carries. He got the majority of those rushing yards when he took off on a run that went for an incredible 62 yards.

Filer's win bumped their record up to 3-4. A feisty cat fight will be fought when Wildcats dukes it out withMountain Home at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Kimberly Wins Third-Straight Thanks to Damon Taylor

Damon Taylor was instrumental in extending Kimberly's winning streak to three on Friday. Taylor's rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his fifth straight game with at least 100 rushing yards dating back to last season.

On the season, Taylor has run in 5 touchdowns while averaging 117.7 rushing yards per game. He is looking even better than he did last year: after seven games last season, he was only averaging 56 rushing yards per game.

Talyn Weaver's Rushing Yards a New Career-High

Talyn Weaver posted a new career-high in rushing yards on Friday. He picked up 112 receiving yards and a touchdown.

For the year, Weaver has caught 4 touchdowns while averaging 78.9 receiving yards per game.

Bruning Made His Presence Known in Kimberly's 56-13 Victory

The second Kimberly player making an appearance here is Macraye Bruning, and for good reason. He threw for 148 yards and three touchdowns.

For the season, Bruning has thrown 16 touchdowns while averaging 167.7 passing yards per game. That doesn't tell the whole story though: at this point last year, he was only averaging 19.94 passer rating per game. This year he is averaging 96.24 passer rating.
