Baseball Game Preview: Bartlett Indians vs. Leicester Wolverines

Bartlett is 2-8 against Leicester since April of 2016 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Friday. The Indians will welcome the Wolverines at 3:30 p.m. Bartlett has given up an average of 9.4 runs per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Bartlett lost 14-1 to Doherty Memorial on Wednesday.

Bartlett saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Hunter Claypool, who went 1-for-2 with one run.

Meanwhile, Leicester can bid farewell to their three-game losing streak thanks to their game on Wednesday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 6-4 win over Montachusett RVT.

Bartlett's loss dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Leicester, the victory got them back to even at 3-3.

Everything went Bartlett's way against Leicester when the teams last played back in April of 2025, as Bartlett made off with a 12-0 win. Do the Indians have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Wolverines turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
