Soccer Recap: Bishop Feehan Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Bishop Feehan can now relate to. They fell just short of the Concord-Carlisle Patriots by a score of 1-0 on Thursday. The loss was a bit of a surprise, as Bishop Feehan came into the contest with a sizable advantage in MaxPreps' Massachusetts soccer rankings (they are ranked second, while Concord-Carlisle are ranked 32nd).

Having lost for the first time this season, Bishop Feehan fell to 18-1-1. As for Concord-Carlisle, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 12-4-5.

Bishop Feehan does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Concord-Carlisle, they will face off against Franklin on Tuesday.
