Recap: Lincoln Southeast Knights vs. Omaha Westside Warriors

They fell 60-51 to the Warriors. Lincoln Southeast was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Omaha Westside apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in December of 2023.

Lincoln Southeast lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Deng Giet, who almost dropped a double-double on 17 points and nine rebounds. Another player making a difference was Mike Ngoyi, who scored 14 points.

Omaha Westside got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Kevin Stubblefield out in front who scored 16 points along with six rebounds. Stubblefield hasn't dropped below 16 points for three straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Cj Mitchell, who scored 16 points.

Lincoln Southeast's loss dropped their record down to 19-8. As for Omaha Westside, the victory was the ninth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 20-4.
