While Boswell put up some runs on Tuesday, the same can't be said for Lake Ridge. The Pioneers narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past the Eagles 1-0. That's two games straight that the Pioneers have won by just one run.

The win was the seventh in a row for Boswell, bringing their record up to 26-3. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 6.9 runs over those games.
