Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Shalom Christian Academy). They were the clear victors by a 5-1 margin over the Fairfield Knights on Thursday. The contest was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 4-0.

Shalom Christian Academy now has a winning record of 7-6. As for Fairfield, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-9-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matches. Shalom Christian Academy will head out to square off against High Point Baptist Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Fairfield, they will venture away from home to face off against York Catholic at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
