Volleyball Preview: Vacaville Christian Falcons vs. Mesa Verde Mavericks        
        
		
             After three games on the road, Vacaville Christian is heading back home. They will host the Mesa Verde Mavericks  at 6:00  p.m.  on Monday. Mesa Verde took a loss in their last  game and will be looking to turn the tables on Vacaville Christian, who comes in off a win.
 Last Wednesday,  everything went Vacaville Christian's way against Highlands as Vacaville Christian made off with  a  3-0 victory.
 Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Vacaville Christian took every set by at least 14 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-7, 25-7,  25-11.
 Vacaville Christian got their  win on the backs of several key players, but it was  Bella Linton out in front who  had three  aces and 16  assists. That's the most  aces  Linton has posted  in her last seven  contests. The team also got some help courtesy of  Elena Vizcay, who  had nine  digs.
 Meanwhile, Mesa Verde was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Monday as the team picked up their ninth straight  defeat. They lost  3-0 to Highlands.
 Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-14,  25-15.
 Vacaville Christian's victory bumped their record up to 18-5. As for Mesa Verde, their loss dropped their record down to 1-10.
 Everything went Vacaville Christian's way against Mesa Verde when the teams last played  back in September, as Vacaville Christian made off with  a  3-0 win. Will Vacaville Christian repeat their success,  or does  Mesa Verde have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
