Recap: Thunderbird Titans vs. Bradshaw Mountain Bears
With a playoff game on the line, the Thunderbird Titans rose to the challenge on Thursday. They won a matchup that couldn't have been any closer, slipping by Bradshaw Mountain 17-16. The win was familiar territory for Thunderbird who now have four in a row.
Leading Thunderbird to victory were Elijah Little and Tyler Woods. Little , while Woods rushed for 106 yards and two touchdowns on only seven carries. Woods really tore up the turf during one magnificent 75-yard run.
Although Bradshaw Mountain took the loss, they still got scores from Gabriel Ricketts and Bruce Normandin.
Thunderbird is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight games, which provided a nice bump to their 9-2 record this season. As for Bradshaw Mountain, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-4.
Thunderbird will head out on the road to face off against Arcadia at 7:00 p.m. on November 17th. Arcadia will be looking to keep their six-game home win streak alive. Bradshaw Mountain does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
