Lund had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 24.5 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They came within five points of losing the streak, but they secured a 36-31 W against the Jackpot Jaguars. This was a revenge game for the Mustangs: when they faced off against the Jaguars back in January, they had to take a 50-46 defeat.

Lund's win bumped their record up to 11-15. As for Jackpot, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 10-10 record this season.

Looking ahead, Lund won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Wells at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Jackpot, they also won't have to wait long for more action: they'll take on Eureka at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday.
