Softball Recap: New Lothrop Takes a Loss

The New Lothrop Hornets didn't have quite enough to beat the Swartz Creek Dragons on Wednesday and fell 2-1.

New Lothrop's defeat was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 10-8. As for Swartz Creek, they moved to 8-16 with that victory, which also ended their three-game losing streak.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. New Lothrop will host Midland at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Swartz Creek, they will challenge Central at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
