Winners receive a MaxPreps/United Soccer Coaches branded letterman's patch and recognition on both MaxPreps and UnitedSoccerCoaches.

Coaches or team administrators must enter the athlete's game stats on MaxPreps by Sunday evening of each week to be considered. High school coaches can obtain an access code for their teams by visiting: www.maxpreps.com/cl.ps is headquartered in Cameron Park, Calif., and is a unit of CBS Interactive.
