             There's no place like home for Garner, who bounced back after a  loss on the road  last Monday. They claimed a resounding  64-34 victory over the Sanderson Spartans. That's more bragging rights for the Trojans, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.
 Leading Garner to victory were  Sumayah Jones and  Aniyah Williams.  Jones  went 11 for 22 en route to 24 points plus eight  rebounds and six  steals, while  Williams  went 11 for 21 en route to 23 points plus seven  assists and six  rebounds. The  match was  Williams' third in a row with at least ten points.  Erynn Jackson was another key player,  earning four points along with five  rebounds.
 Garner  smashed the offensive glass and  finished the game with 19  offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  pulled down at least eight  offensive rebounds in five consecutive  contests  dating back to last season.
