Morgan Park's and Urban Prep-Bronzeville/Urban Prep-Englewood's contest on Tuesday was close at halftime, but Morgan Park turned on the heat in the second half with 40 points. The Morgan Park Mustangs were the clear victor by a 72-52 margin over the Urban Prep-Bronzeville/Urban Prep-Englewood Lions. The Mustangs have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight matches by 20 points or more this season.

Morgan Park pushed their record up to 13-10 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 77.8 points per game. As for Urban Prep-Bronzeville/Urban Prep-Englewood, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-10.

Morgan Park will head out to take on Waubonsie Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Waubonsie Valley has been dominant on offense recently, having racked up an incredible 177 points over their last three games. As for Urban Prep-Bronzeville/Urban Prep-Englewood, they will be playing at home against Mather at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
