Soccer Recap: Holston Comes Up Short

Holston fought the good fight in their overtime match against Narrows on Wednesday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Green Waves by a score of 3-2. The defeat leaves Holston still looking for their first win of the season.

Holston's loss dropped their record down to 0-6-1. As for Narrows, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-4-1 record this season.

Holston didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 5-2 defeat against Honaker on the 24th. As for Narrows, they will welcome Patrick Henry at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Narrows are facing Patrick Henry at the right time seeing as Patrick Henry are stuck on a seven-game losing streak.
