Volleyball Recap: Bucklin Takes a Loss

Bucklin saw some tournament action on Friday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Linn Bulldogs. The Red Aces have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Linn can attribute much of their success to Geni Turk, who had five digs and four aces. Those four aces gave Turk a new career-high.

Bucklin's loss dropped their record down to 25-13. As for Linn, the victory was the 20th in a row for them, bringing their record up to 33-5.

Bucklin didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Dighton on the 31st. As for Linn, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Ingalls on the 31st.
