Volleyball Recap: Taylor Bond and Alianna Montoya Secure Win for Swallows Charter Academy

While Swallows Charter Academy's win against Peyton wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Spartans had just enough and edged out the Panthers 3-2 on Friday.

Swallows Charter Academy was staring down a 2-1 deficit headed into the fourth set, but they rallied to take the next two for the win. The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 23-25, 22-25, 25-15, 15-6.

Swallows Charter Academy was led to victory by Alianna Montoya and Taylor Bond. Montoya had 13 digs and two aces, while Bond had 14 kills, six digs, and four aces. That's the most digs Montoya has posted since back in September.
