The Raiders will be playing at home against the Comets at 7:00 p.m. Iroquois West has given up an average of 30.1 points per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Iroquois West's offense might be in the hot seat on Friday considering what happened against Oakwood on Friday. They were outmatched by the Comets and fell 48-0.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Clifton Central, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They really took it to Hoopeston/Armstrong for the full four quarters, racking up a 54-0 win. The result was nothing new for the Comets, who have now won five contests by 21 points or more so far this season.

Clifton Central pushed their record up to 6-1 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home. Those home wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 7.3 points on average over those games. As for Iroquois West, their loss dropped their record down to 1-6.
