Rockingham County waltzed into their match on Friday with six straight wins... but they left with seven. They blew past the Atkins Camels 59-35. That's more bragging rights for the Cougars, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Despite the loss, Atkins still got an impressive performance from Taylor Shen, who went 8 of 10 en route to 18 points. Another player making a difference was Amanda Worrell, who posted six points and six boards.

Rockingham County's win was their eighth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 14-1. As for Atkins, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-11.
