Softball Recap: Center Point Takes a Loss

Center Point fell victim to Junction and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They lost 15-0 to the Junction Eagles. The Pirates just can't catch a break and have now endured four defeats in a row.

Center Point's loss dropped their record down to 4-7. As for Junction, their win ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 4-14.

Coming up, Center Point will venture away from home to square off against Goldthwaite at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Center Point has given up an average of 13.3 runs per game this season, so hopefully the team got some pitching drills in this week. As for Junction, they will host San Saba at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
