Winthrop is 4-0 against Richmond since December of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Wednesday. The Winthrop Ramblers will square off against the Richmond Bobcats at 6:30 p.m.

On Monday, Winthrop came up short against Traip and fell 53-42.

Meanwhile, Richmond beat Islesboro Central 57-45 on Saturday. That 12 point margin sets a new team best for the Bobcats this season.

Richmond has also been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight matches, which provided a nice bump to their 7-4 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 51.0 points per game. As for Winthrop, their loss dropped their record down to 8-7.
