Football Recap: Exeter Township Piles Up the Points Against Lebanon

Exeter Township put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They blew past the Lebanon Cedars 64-6. The matchup was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 57-6.

Exeter Township had a senior duo take command as Leomar Brown rushed for 122 yards and a pair of scores on only five carries and Jacob Hafer threw for 168 yards and three touchdowns while completing 83.3% of his passes. Brown's longest rush was for an impressive 60 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total. Jayden Ware also helped out with an impressive 103 receiving yards.

Exeter Township was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 242 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 207 rushing yards every time they've taken the field this season.

Exeter Township's record now sits at 5-0. As for Lebanon, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-5.
