Basketball Recap: Bullitt Central Takes a Loss

Bullitt Central was the 71-46 winner over Frankfort when they last played one another back in January of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Bullitt Central Cougars lost to the Frankfort Panthers on the road by a 72-54 margin on Monday.

Bullitt Central has traveled a rocky road recently having lost six of their last seven games, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-14 record this season. As for Frankfort, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 15-6.

Bullitt Central will welcome Bullitt East at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Bullitt East knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past four matchups -- so hopefully Bullitt Central likes a good challenge. Frankfort has already played their next contest, a 60-52 victory against Berea on the 4th.
