Basketball Recap: Random Lake Comes Up Short

Random Lake was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss dating back to last season. They took a blow against the Sheboygan Christian Eagles, falling 68-17. The matchup marked the Rams' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Random Lake's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Sheboygan Christian, the win snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 2-3 record.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Random Lake will head out to take on Howards Grove at 5:50 p.m. on Thursday. Howards Grove knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past six games -- so hopefully Random Lake likes a good challenge. As for Sheboygan Christian, they will venture away from home to challenge Reedsville at 5:50 p.m. on Thursday.
