Preview: Stevensville vs. Frenchtown
Frenchtown have been homebodies their last two matches, but they are heading out on Friday. They will take on Stevensville at 7:00 PM. Frenchtown don't have the home-field advantage, but they do enjoy an advantage in the MaxPreps rankings.
Last Friday, Frenchtown faced Hamilton in a battle between two of the state's top teams. Frenchtown lost to Hamilton by a decisive 42-62 margin. Frenchtown's defeat came about despite a quality game from Cade Baker, who passed for 432 yards and 6 touchdowns.
Meanwhile, things haven't been easy for Stevensville, and their game last Friday only extended their streak of losses to five. They took a serious blow against Butte Central Catholic, falling 14-54. Stevensville were in a tough position by the half, with the score sitting at 0-28.
