Volleyball Recap: Cedar Bluffs Takes a Loss

Cedar Bluffs was the 2-0 winner over Madison when they last played one another back in October of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Wildcats fell just short of the Dragons by a score of 2-1 on Tuesday.

In a back-and-forth that saw neither team win consecutive sets, Cedar Bluffs sadly dropped the once that decided the match. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 23-25, 25-20.

Kaylee Adams paced Cedar Bluffs' offense, picking up 12 kills. Adams got some help from Taylor Hansen and her 32 assists.

Cedar Bluffs dropped their record down to 11-14 with the defeat, which was their seventh straight on the road. As for Madison, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 5-21.

Cedar Bluffs wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Boys Town on the 16th. As for Madison, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Clarkson/Leigh on the 16th.
