On TuesdaySumner kept up with Plant until halftime, but afterwards: not so much. Everything went the Plant Panthers' way against the Sumner Stingrays as the Plant Panthers made off with a 4-0 victory. Considering the Panthers have won seven matchups by more than two goals this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

They hit Sumner with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Callan Nelson (2), Zane Wriggins, and Gavin Cain.

Plant is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last ten contests, which provided a nice bump to their 11-3-2 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 32 goals over those ten games. As for Sumner, their defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 7-4-1.

A feisty cat fight will be fought when the Plant face off against the Durant at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. Durant's last three matches have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Sumner, they will face off against Armwood at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday. Sumner's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for three straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.
