Volleyball Recap: Seton Catholic Cardinals vs. Rossville Hornets

Seton Catholic extended their postseason success on Saturday against Rossville. They were the clear victor by a 3-0 margin over the Rossville Hornets. Winning may never get old, but the Cardinals sure are getting used to it with their 12th in a row.

Seton Catholic walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the first set). The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-20, 25-17.

Seton Catholic can attribute much of their success to Allison Hamilton, who had 13 digs. Hamilton has been hot recently, having posted ten or more digs the last three times she's played.

Seton Catholic is on a roll lately: they've won 13 of their last 14 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 26-8 record this season. As for Rossville, the defeat snapped their winning streak at four games and leaves them with a 21-12 record.

After both having extra time off, Seton Catholic and Faith Christian will dust off their jerseys to face off against one another at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. Faith Christian will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Seton Catholic surely won't give up without a fight. Rossville does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
