Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Kings). They claimed a resounding 49-14 win over the Milford Eagles. Given the Knights' advantage in MaxPreps' Ohio football rankings (they are ranked 66th, while the Eagles are ranked 365th) , the win on Friday wasn't entirely unexpected.

Although Milford took the loss, they still got scores from Jacob Dixon 2026 and Joey Dahmer.

The victory (which was Kings' third in a row) raised their record to 7-1. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 36.0 points over those games. As for Milford, their defeat was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-7.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Kings will face off against Turpin at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Milford, they will square off against Little Miami at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Eagles will be up against the Panthers' rather soft defense (which has allowed 29.88 points per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
