Volleyball Recap: Maxwell Takes a Loss

Maxwell was the 3-1 winner over Chester when they last played one another back in November of 2022, but their luck changed this time around. The Panthers fell just short of the Volcanoes by a score of 2-1 on Saturday. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Maxwell's loss dropped their record down to 7-9. As for Chester, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-3 record this season.

Maxwell has already played their next game, a 3-1 win against Los Molinos on the 8th. As for Chester, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Burney on the 6th.
