Baseball Game Preview: Bloomsburg Panthers vs. Mifflinburg Wildcats

Bloomsburg is 0-7 against Mifflinburg since April of 2015 but things could change on Friday. The Panthers will look to defend their home field against the Wildcats at 4:30 p.m. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this match.

Bloomsburg is headed into Friday's game looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their third straight game on Saturday. They took a 5-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of Central Columbia. That's two games in a row now that the Panthers have lost by exactly three runs.

Bloomsburg saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Brady Hendricks, who got on base in three of his four plate appearances with one RBI. That RBI was Hendricks' first of the season.

Meanwhile, Mifflinburg didn't have quite enough to beat Hughesville on Thursday and fell 11-10.
