Special Caleb: For all the football talent at both ends of the state, Kelly is a great reminder that central California is also home to some impressive players. In fact, he's the No. 2 overall recruit in the state according to 247Sports, as well as a reigning MaxPreps Junior All-American. Given his outstanding athleticism, it's no surprise that Kelly also plays offense for Clovis West. He registered 55 catches and 872 receiving yards last season.
