Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Carlisle). Everything went their way against the Boone Toreadors on Friday as the Carlisle Wildcats made off with a 78-53 victory. This was a revenge game for the Wildcats: when they faced off against the Toreadors back in January, they had to take a 62-58 loss.

The win made it two in a row for Carlisle and bumps their season record up to 7-11. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 64.0 points over those games. As for Boone, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-10.

Coincidentally, Carlisle and Boone will both be playing Winterset the next time they take the court. Boone will head out to face Winterset on Monday, while Carlisle will host them at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
