Waterford came tearing into Tuesday's contest with five straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 6.2 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They came within a single run of losing the streak, but they secured a 3-2 W against the Monroe Central Seminoles. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 6-4 on Saturday.
