Recap: Kingdom Prep Lutheran Wolfpack vs. Living Word Lutheran Timberwolves
The Kingdom Prep Lutheran Wolfpack's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Wednesday after their fourth straight loss. They fell 79-70 to Living Word Lutheran. Having run the score up that high, both teams might be doing some extra defensive drills very soon.
Living Word Lutheran's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Easton Oliver, who scored 25 points along with eight rebounds. Oliver is on a roll when it comes to points, as he's now scored 15 or more in the last three games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Eric Britton, who scored 16 points along with two steals.
Kingdom Prep Lutheran's loss dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Living Word Lutheran, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 7-6 record this season.
